ABC won the night (6.50/1.6) with Last Man Standing (7.09/1.4) Malibu Country (6.66/1.3) Shark Tank (6.70/1.9) & 20/20 (5.92/1.4).

CBS 2nd (8.54/1.5) with a Undercover Boss (8.99/1.7) CSI:NY (9.50/1.4) & Whitney Houston: We Will Always Love You special  (7.15/1.4).

NBC 3rd (3.98/1.2) with Go On  (2.60/0.7) Guys with Kids (2.18/0.7) repeats Grimm (5.02/1.6) & Dateline (4.54/1.2).

FOX 4th (3.06/1.1) with Kitchen Nightmares  (3.43/1.2) & Fringe (2.70/0.9).

The CW 5th (1.06/0.5) with America's Next Top Model:College Edition season finale (1.36/0.6) &  recap special (0.77/0.3).

NOTE: In women 18-34 America's Next Top Model finale scored a 0.7 rating while the recap special a 0.4 rating.
