ABC won the night (5.24/1.5) with Shark Tank (6.36/1.8) Primetime:What Would You Do? (4.67/1.4) & 20/20 (4.67/1.4).

CBS 2nd (9.16/1.3) with a NCIS encore (7.60/1.2) CSI:NY (9.41/1.4) & Blue Bloods (10.46/1.4).

NBC 3rd (4.39/1.3) with The Voice repeat (3.51/1.1) Grimm (4.95/1.5) & Dateline (4.72/1.3).

FOX 4th (2.56/0.9) with The X Factor (2.41/0.8) & Fringe (2.71/1.0).

The CW 5th (1.72/0.5) with Arrow (2.02/0.6) & Beauty & the Beast (1.42/0.4).

NOTE: In women 18-34 Arrow scored a 0.5 rating, while Beauty & The Beast a 0.4 rating.
