USA's "Covert Affairs" was down versus last week's fall premiere to a series low 0.8 rating in young adults and 2.67 million viewers. FX's "Sons Of Anarchy" rose to a 2.0 rating, beating ABC's special and tying NBC's "Parenthood". Other Tuesday cable ratings below.
