 NBC won the night (12.13/4.7) with The Voice (12.09/4.5) & the 2012 Second Presidential Debate (12.16/4.8).

ABC 2nd (11.53/2.5) with Dancing with the Stars:All Stars Results (12.69/2.1) & the 2012 Second Presidential Debate (12.96/2.8).

CBS 3rd (8.23/1.9) with a NCIS repeat (8.15/1.4) & the 2012 Second Presidential Debate (8.27/2.2).

FOX 4th (4.01/1.6) with Raising Hope (4.28/1.7) Ben & Kate (2.91/1.2) & the 2012 Second Presidential Debate (4.21/1.7).

The CW 5th (1.51/0.5) with Hart Of Dixie (1.32/0.6) & Emily Owens MD series premiere (1.70/0.5).

 NOTE: In women 18-34 Hart Of Dixie scored a 0.9 rating while Emily Owens MD a 0.8 rating.
